Room721 is available for small inexpensive music projects lasting 2-8 weeks for musicians to use up to 20 hours/week. Randall Davidson and his son, Benjamin Davidson, record their own small music projects in this inexpensive home studio. A number of bands and young musicians have used Room721 to create their music.
Rates are negotiated based on equipment, people and time. The goal for the space is to encourage the development of robust collaborations and impressive creative projects. The goal is not to make money.
